I dagens oppgave skulle vi utfordre oss selv til å velge et tema å jobbe innenfor. Hver kollasj skulle heller ikke inneholde mer enn tre elementer.

In todays task we were challenged to make a collage within a certain theme. Each collage should contain no more than three elements either.

Jeg valgte temaet "Horoskop" og ville prøve å tolke tre ulike horoskop for dagen i dag. Det viste seg nemlig at det var tre helt ulike ting som skulle bety noe denne dagen, tenke seg til det! Og der satt jeg og tenkte at horoskop var samstemte, og faktisk hadde en dypere mening.

I chose the theme "Horoscope" and wanted to interpret three of the horoscopes that I found. Can you imaging, three different horoscopes telling three different very important things? And here I thought these things were reliable.

Dagens første horoskop fortalte at jeg ikke burde gamble med pengene, ikke kaste meg på et pyramidekonsept og heller spare pengene og sette dem i banken.

Todays first horoscope told me to not gamble with my money, not throw them away on a pyramide scheme but rather put them into my bank account.

Det andre horoskopet jeg fant, sa at "Det er lett å være deg og atmosfæren er akkurat slik du liker den.".

The second horoscope I found said that today "It's easy being you and the atmosphere is just how you like it".

Det tredje og siste horoskopet fortalte oppsummerte til slutt at "Når kvelden nærmer seg kan det være nødvendig at du setter grenser".

The third and final horoscope told me "When the evening draws near, it is important that you draw the line".

Sommerferien min nærmer seg slutt, men den er over for designerne hos Kortskissen, som vil si at jeg nå vil igjen publisere noe hver eneste uke.

Så, hold tritt, bloggen skal hyppigere oppdateres, og nye kreasjoner skal skapes iløpet av året!

My summer vacation is soon ending, and I will start my studies again. But for now the vacation for the designers at Kortskissen is over, and I will start publishing card projects at least once a week.

So, keep up the following, there will be a lot more updates from my part, I really hope, throughout the year!

The yellow paper of the "legal pads" have always been an obsession of mine, and until I got my hands on no less than a 10-pack of the letter sized pads, I've always wanted one.

Why, you might ask, because I'm a paper nerd, I love texture, papers and sometimes it results in things I like that are not available in Norway. When that happens, eBay is my friend. :)

The pack I bought, I got from the UK, so they're not "real" legal pads in my opinion. But a great substitute, unless I were to pay an extreme amount of money, just because og a childhood obsession. XD

Jeg liker veldig godt hvordan teksten ble stemplet. Dette var et kunstnerisk uhell, men plasseringen over  teipen, forsterker bare budskapet enda mer, siden du må se to ganger for å oppfatte teksten.

I like the way the text is placed, you actually have to look twice to see the message, and that is much what the text is about.
